Luxury Sales Leader (Player-Coach Role)

Are you a top-performing sales professional ready to lead from the front?

At The Gents Place, this is not a traditional manager role. You will drive revenue through your own sales performance while coaching and leading a small team to do the same.

You’ll sell premium memberships ($525–$8,000/yr) and luxury retail (Creed fragrances $500+), while setting the standard for sales, service, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

Lead the team in personal sales performance
Present and close memberships and luxury retail
Coach and develop 2 Sales Consultants
Hold Grooming Specialists accountable to our sales process
Deliver a seamless, 5-star guest experience

Who You Are

2+ years of proven sales success (luxury retail, automotive, real estate, hospitality, etc.)
A consistent top performer who closes
Leads by example, not just direction
Polished, professional, and accountable
Comfortable working Saturdays (closed Sundays)

Pay & Benefits

$20+/hr base + $1.5K–$3K+ monthly commissions
